Current Development
We are currently working on an auto-insurance app that will allow direct contact to the agent. This will also have features for quoting and running CLUE. Clue is generally cheaper than running MVR and will give a more accurate picture for the customer. This also may be used as a screening tool to avoid getting told I have no accidents only to find out in the carrier site that this is not accurate. This application will be able to acquire photos, license and registration with a camera. It will automatically populate the information and give you this information to your desktop or rating software. This saves time in the underwriting and document process no more follow up need. This app will be customized to the agent so leads generated from that code go to you. One use case would be giving the app to an auto dealer with your mobile app codes. They can quickly scan license, input vin, take pictures of car and generate a quote to alert you. This will not bind anything but aid in the fastest mobile quote to the dealer.
Live Transfers
We currently offer live transfer of internet leads in English. Our qualified and trained team is going to get you the basics and get a hold of you immediately. This initial acquisition must be quick. Many people are trying to get to much information our philosophy is the 30 second transfer. This is going to require that you have the proper staff to handle call flow and proper software to input. A lead closed the same day via e-sign is the goal. Auto insurance is highly competitive and leads out more than 3 days have a steep decline in closure. After three days you only have about a 4 or 5 percent closing ratio.
Our vision and future development plan
We plan to become a full-service lead insurance provider. We plan on launching a second app for homeowners. Our plan is to focus on the property and casualty business. In addition, we will be advertising in Spanish and provide Spanish speakers in the future. Our apps will be launched in several languages for ease of use.
